"Nocellara del Belice"

Nocellara del Belice is one of the most important cultivars of table olives, both green and black ,and is produced in the heart of the valley of the same name. The pulp of the olives is firm and crunchy and the taste is slightly bitter. Being large in size, this olive is thick and consistent, which makes it an exceptional table olive, with highly antioxidant properties. It is also suitable for many different types of use, as the perfect snack for an aperitif or as an ingredient for many other dishes .
Our "Nocellara del Belice" is an olive of exceptional quality both for the production of table olives and also for the production of oil. It is for these very reasons that in 1997 the European Community awarded it the D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) quality mark.
